About Us

Fiorentino & Associates was established in 1986 by Sam Fiorentino.  The office is located in Bainbridge, Ohio.  We have extensive experience in providing group insurance products, which include group & individual medical, dental, Life, Long Term Care, disability and retirement.  The company is also well versed in Obamacare / ACA law, High Deductible Health plans (HSA’s, HRA’s), COBRA, and HIPAA.  Our first priority is providing great customer service to our clients.

History

Sam Fiorentino began his insurance career in 1978 as a group insurance leader with New York Life.  Sam is licensed with the Ohio Department of Insurance for Accident & Health, Life and Variable Annuities.  Sam is a current member of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association (NEOHUA) and served a one-year term as President of NEOHUA that ended July 31, 2013.  NEOHUA is an organization dedicated to educating insurance professionals on all industry-related issues.
